**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Patient Care Activities:

- Manage compliance calls to ensure patients adhere to their medication schedules.
- Counsel patients on their prescriptions in accordance with the scope of practice for interns as defined by the Provincial College's rules and regulations.

Coordination of Prescriptions and Supplies:

- Ensure timely and accurate coordination of prescriptions and medical supplies for delivery to patients' homes, medical clinics, or infusion clinics as required.

Payor Models and Pricing:

- Gain a thorough understanding of payor models and pricing of pharmacy services within the applicable province of practice.

Projects and Initiatives:

- Take on and contribute to various projects and initiatives related to pharmacy services, pharmaceutical manufacturer clients, and digital transformation within the business unit.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or relevant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with payor models and pricing strategies is an asset.
- Proficiency in digital tools and a keen interest in digital transformation initiatives.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $17.69 - $27.74
