**As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.**

- Please note this position does require Saturday rotations._

**Some responsibilities include**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, and take accurate messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, exam rooms, etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
- Provide information to clients about the services and surgical procedures offered at the hospital.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with medical office procedure would be an asset but is not a requirement.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
