Human Resources Assistant (Permanent Full-Time) 35 Hours/Week
- 12 Months/Year Yearly Salary: $59,133 - $66,518 (Plus a competitive benefit package) Effective Date: TBD (mid April) About the Limestone District School Board The Limestone District School Board (LDSB) is situated on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee. Limestone schools serve more than 20,500 students in 55 schools and five alternative education centres covering a geographic area of 7,719 square kilometres across the City of Kingston, the Townships of Central Frontenac, North Frontenac, South Frontenac, Addington Highlands, Loyalist, Stone Mills, the Frontenac Islands and the Town of Greater Napanee. Position Overview Providing confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Department, your commitment to collaboration and customer service will allow you to effortlessly work with and support the team. Responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment, staffing and other Board leadership initiatives, health and safety, employee health and wellness, conducting research, preparing reports and other correspondence, responding to information requests, and performing a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to budget, attendance reporting, data entry, and filing, to promote and maintain efficiency. Your well-defined philosophy of service delivery will facilitate your liaison role between senior staff, managers, principals, employees, the public, community partners and Human Resources staff to facilitate service excellence.
