**Location: Hybrid in Kingston or Toronto (York Mills)**
Empire Life is looking to hire a Human Resources Student to join our Human Resources team

- collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on a variety of projects that will keep you engaged and continuously learning.
**What you’ll be working on**- Collaborate with experienced HR professionals in the administration, coordination, and execution of various HR programs and initiatives- Own and execute a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document creation and file maintenance- Leverage the latest technology including AI to conduct research and analyze data i- Help improve and streamline HR processes by assisting with documentation and creating standardized procedures- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of learning and development resources
**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- You're a proactive and talented student eager to translate your academic knowledge into practical work experience.- You're currently enrolled in a full-time, post-secondary program at an accredited institution and are recognized as having full-time student status.- You are returning to your studies in the next academic term to continue working toward the completion of your diploma or degree.- You're a go-getter. You bring innovative ideas to all areas of your life, and like to challenge yourself to learn and elevate things around you.- You are an active listener, excellent communicator and are able to learn quickly and pivot to new ideas when necessary.- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.**Beyond the salary**:
