**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Estimating**:

- Conduct quantitative take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare estimates utilizing HeavyBid/Microsoft Excel.
- Manage project budgets and cash flow effectively.

**Surveying**:

- Execute grade checks using field levels.
- Conduct redline surveys using GPS equipped surveying equipment.
- Complete QA/QC submittals and redline ICF drawings.

**Project Coordination**:

- Develop and update project schedules using Microsoft Projects/Excel.
- Provide guidance to project team throughout the project life cycle.
- Offer support and direction to site Foremen.
- Act as a liaison between EF Moon Construction, sub-contractors, and clients.
- Oversee project submittals such as RFIs, PCNs, and COO’s.
- Deliver comprehensive project completion packages, including red line drawings, OEMs, and progress reports.
