**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and oversee program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to enhance program efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and leadership as needed.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate stakeholders about program objectives and outcomes.
- Assist in recruiting participants and volunteers for various programs.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities and outcomes.
- Market programs effectively to increase participation and community engagement.
