Sales Account Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams towards achieving common goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing client relationships and analyzing data.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
