The **Process & Integration Coordinator** will oversee critical tasks supporting the entire group of companies, with a primary focus on capturing user stories and facilitating seamless business process mapping between groups. They will also handle document preparation and communication of processes and policies, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, they play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and supporting overall group success. Supporting change management initiatives is a cornerstone of this role.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Communicate processes and policies effectively.
- Capture user stories that reflect business requirements and goals.
- Facilitate efficient and timely business process mapping between groups.
- Assist with training and rollout of new tools and processes.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Follow up with teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools, providing ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective communication and collaboration.
- Basic understanding of project planning and time management principles.
- Commitment to excellent internal and external stakeholders customer service.
- Ability to adapt in challenging situations while maintaining focus on delivering quality work.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a collaborative mindset to capture and implement effective processes.
