**COMPANY**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Order Fulfillment Coordinator** to manage customer order processing from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, routing transportation through customer portals, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring on-time delivery by working closely with internal teams and external partners

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring shipments are processed and delivered on time.
- Manage transportation routing through customer websites/portals.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, customs paperwork if required).
- Use Excel exports from NetSuite to track, monitor, and communicate order status.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders (sales, warehouse, supply chain, production) and external partners (carriers, customers, third party warehouses) to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery performance, and exceptions.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot delays, escalations, or service issues.
- Support continuous improvement in order fulfillment processes.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-4 years of experience in **order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain coordination**.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation routing (domestic/international).
- Proficiency in **Excel** (sorting, lookups, pivot tables); NetSuite or ERP experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipping/delivery issues.
- Knowledge of **customs compliance** and carrier portals (asset).\

**SALARY AND LOCATION**

This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) based at the company’s warehouses on the outskirts of Ottawa, Ontario (K7C 3P2).
