**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage for a variety of roles across the organization, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract top talent for both remote and onsite positions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions efficiently.
- Data Tracking and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-volume environment.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience with data reporting and recruitment metrics.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive and solutions-focused mindset.
