**The Work You Will Do**

As the Recruiter for the Barrie Branch, you will be responsible for delivering all sourcing, hiring, onboarding and engagement needs for our Caregivers and Nurses. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the branch has a team available to meet the branch staffing needs and objectives.

**Recruitment**
- Plan, strategize, source, screen, hire

**Community Outreach**
- Connect with community groups, educators, applicants

**Onboarding/Training**
- Educate, support, mentor

**Administration**
- Onboard, ATS, HRIS, In-House programs
- Life-cycle employee updates and administration

**Engagement/Retention**
- Work with the Branch team and Field Staff to ensure all staff enjoy the best Bayshore Experience on their employment journey

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- Desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- Completion of a recognized program, such as the Human Resources Administration Program with focus on Recruitment and/or Recruitment experience is preferred
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods human resources and recruitment
- Have at least two years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities, as a Recruiter, preferably in health care
- demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of human resources and interpret company policies and procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format; ability to work independently and effectively lead a team; above average administrative and communication skills with both Field and Administrative employees
- valid driver’s license and own vehicle, willing to commute within the surrounding area
- Dedicated to providing high-quality service
- Must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada**
