We’re looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious **Accounts Receivable Clerk**to manageinvoicing, payments, and collections efficiently. You will ensure optimal cash flow and compliance with Quebec and Canadian financial regulation, playing a key role in our business success and customers satisfaction.

**What You'll Do (And Love)**

**Be the Financial Backbone** - Manage invoices, payments, and receivables for vehicle sales, leasing, and transport services.
**Keep the Cash Flowing** - Monitor aging reports, follow up on payments, and handle reconciliations like a pro.
**Master the Numbers** - Work with dealership accounting software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) to maintain precision and accuracy.
**Be a Compliance Champion** - Ensure all transactions meet Quebec & Canadian tax laws, including GST/HST, QST, and auto leasing regulations.
**Collaborate & Conquer** - Collaborate with finance, sales, and leasing teams to resolve billing issues and optimize processes.
**Deliver VIP Service** - Provide support to customers with billing inquiries and payment arrangements.
**Make a Real Impact** - Help streamline operations and contribute to the company’s continued success and growth.

**What We’re Looking For (Superstars Only)**

**Education & Experience**: Diploma or degree in **Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration**.
**Industry Knowledge**: 2+ years in **accounts receivable, dealership finance, or leasing**. **Tech-Savvy**: Hands-on experience with **dealership accounting software** (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.).
**Tax & Compliance Guru**: Strong understanding of **Quebec & Canadian sales laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance**.
**Detail-Obsessed & Organized**: You live for **accuracy, deadlines, and efficiency**.
**A True Team Player**: You thrive in **collaborative, fast-paced environments** and love **problem-solving**.
**Bilingual Bonus**: French & English skills are a huge plus
