Bookkeeper and Office Administrator
**Duties**:
- Assisting with company bookkeeping
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and records
- Assisting with some property/tenant management
- Assisting with the Quality Assurance program administration
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping is required
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience in administration and secretarial duties is an asset

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
