**Your Role**:
As the Gas Station Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every aspect of our gas station runs like a well-oiled machine. From leading a motivated team to delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll play a crucial role in making our Esso station a community favorite.

- **Optimize Operations**: Manage daily operations with precision. Oversee fuel dispensing, handle cash transactions, and keep our store stocked and sparkling. Your keen eye for detail ensures everything runs seamlessly.
- **Champion Safety**: Keep our station a safe place for both customers and staff. Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance standards, conduct regular inspections, and maintain top-notch safety equipment.
- **Boost Sales**: Drive the success of our station by promoting products and services. Use your creativity to implement marketing strategies that attract new customers and keep regulars coming back for more.
- **Master Administration**: Handle essential administrative tasks like cash reconciliation and record keeping with efficiency. Manage the station’s budget and financial records with precision.
