**WE ARE HIRING  **

Predator Drilling Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to join our Red Deer location.
- Managing the overall activity within the shop including personnel
- Facilitating and maintaining asset organization
- Accountable for logistics of equipment incoming and outgoing
- Coordinate equipment and shop repairs with the Maintenance Department
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, rules, and regulations by all employees under their supervision as required by the company
- Create, manage, and adhere to assigned budget areas
- Ensure compliance to safety training standards
- Oversee the weekly distribution of an Educational Maintenance Alert
- Read and assess all oil sample reports and act accordingly
- Organize a CVIP facility audit bi-annually and renew CVIP license
- Ensure all cold rigs firing up have mechanical support on location at spud
- Review and maintain the CVIP Tracker and schedule inspections accordingly
- Act in a way that demonstrates and supports the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Predator Drilling

Position Requirements:

- Workable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Oil and Gas service company role, experience specifically within the drilling industry is an asset
- Comprehensive knowledge of drilling equipment
- Experience in management of inventory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently
- Effective, high-level organizational skills
- Heavy Duty Mechanic Journeyman Certification is an asset
- Valid H2S Alive, First Aid, TDG, PST, Crane, Fall Arrest & Loader Certificates are considered assets
