Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the FSR will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment - **CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound** for clients primarily in **British Columbia, Yukon,** and other locations as needed.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment
- Always adhere to quality standards
- Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports
- Adheres at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety

**Qualifications**
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer
- Must have very strong knowledge of CT and X-Ray
- Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills
- Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical engineering technology
- Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be team-oriented
- Must be able to travel internationally for training
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to be on-call
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
