**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the Lawyer
- Performing a variety of administrative duties
- Communication with clients, financial institutions, and other internal and external parties
- Preparing transactional documentation with purchases, sales and mortgages (includes agreements of purchase and sale)
- Completion of residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Opening files, Preparation of invoices, accounts and reports to clients and lenders, closing of files
- Diarizing files to ensure deadlines are met
- Other duties as required
- Post secondary Law clerk diploma or related discipline
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Real Estate Law is an asset
- Highly organized with attention to detail who is able to prioritize workloads
- Time management skills to succeed in fast paced practice
- Professional attitude who is courteous and client focused
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Legal Industry software’s
