**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach engaging, project-based coding classes in Scratch, Python, and JavaScript
- Adapt lesson plans based on student age and skill levels
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students and parents about class content and student development
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **Scratch, Python, and JavaScript**:

- Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience (especially with kids or teens)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for education and technology
- Degree or certification in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Availability on weekends and/or after-school hours
