Construction Supervisor

DirtWright & CementWright are looking for a loyal, experienced, creative hardscaper/stone worker or carpenter (apprentice, journeyman/journeywoman-other trades welcome) to work on and ultimately lead custom projects. We may also look at farm experience or other technical training, and are willing to train the right person.

Must have:

- Reliable ability to get to site and driver’s license
- High School Diploma

Experience we like:

- Carpentry or other trades experience (including mechanics, welding, heavy equipment)
- Concrete finishing or prep experience including forming (Structural, Peri/Doka, flatwork, stamped)
- ICF experience
- Experience with engineered projects
- Landscaping, framing/decking or bricklaying experience.
- Timber framing or fine woodworking
- Natural stone patio work & retaining wall experience, including allen block.
- Technical background (engineer student or engineering tech, other education including BA or BSC, architectural or landscape design experience, millwright etc)
- Farm background/sports/outdoors
- Equipment operator including pulling trailers in tight spaces
- Machine operation, including excavator and skidsteer
- Previous experience leading people

**Salary**: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
