**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily distillery operations, including production, tasting room, tours, and retail
- Lead, coach, and develop staff across front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Manage inventory, ordering, production schedules, and quality control
- Maintain strict compliance with provincial and federal regulations
- Drive sales through strong guest engagement, events, and local partnerships
- Control costs, monitor financial performance, and hit operational targets
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-executed environment for guests and employees
- Support branding, marketing initiatives, and community outreach

**What You Bring**:

- Leadership experience in hospitality, manufacturing, beverage, or distillery/brewery environments
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage people, processes, and product flow
- Knowledge of production standards, safety requirements, and compliance practices
- Solid financial acumen — scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and reporting
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- A hands-on approach and the ability to problem-solve on the fly
