**We're Hiring: Marketing, Sales & Admin Assistant (Part-Time) - Campbell River**
Mighty Painters is on the rise, and we need a **versatile, problem-solving wizard** to help us keep things rolling behind the scenes (and sometimes at front doors... literally). This **part-time role** is a great fit for someone who’s equal parts savvy, motivated, and social.
The Gig:
You’ll be our right-hand human — helping run the show on the admin side, keeping the marketing vibes fresh, and popping into neighborhoods or inboxes with that Mighty charm.
This is a **hybrid role**: some tasks can be done from the comfort of your couch (or home office), while others will involve **collaborating in person with management** — usually at local coffee shops or job sites.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Light **door-to-door canvassing** or flyer drops (commissions will be paid for quotes and jobs booked)
- Helping with **client communication**, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Assisting in building out our **CRM system** and streamlining our processes
- Creating and managing **social media content** (yes, we love memes if they’re on-brand)
- Light **bookkeeping** and **payroll support**:
- General **admin tasks** to keep the business humming
About You:
- You see problems as puzzles, not pain points
- You’re organized but flexible (aka you love a good spreadsheet but roll with the punches)
- You're comfortable talking to people in person, on the phone, or via GIF
- You’re curious about **how businesses grow** and maybe even excited to be a part of that journey
- Bonus points if you’ve used tools like QuickBooks, Canva, or any CRM system (or you're quick to learn)
The Deets:
- **Part-time** (approx. 12-25 hours/week with definite room to grow)
- Based in **Campbell River** (must be local)
- Mix of **remote and in-person** collaboration
- Must have a **valid driver's license** and reliable transportation
- Pay based on experience, but we're open to rewarding the right person well
