Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our clients for both live in and live out positions

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, bathing and dressing need.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs and assisting with medical appointments if need
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary

Qualifications:

- Must be able to work 7 days of the week various hours
- Valid driver's license
- Personal support worker certification with CPR
- Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care to individuals of all ages
- Proficient in assisting with medication administration and following prescribed care plans
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo vulnerable sector check, criminal background checks and screenings as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.90-$21.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
