Windermere Golf & Country Club is looking for positive, committed, energetic & hardworking Grill Cook to join our food service team for the 2025 golf season.

Located in Southwest Edmonton, Windermere is one of Edmonton’s premiere private club experiences. Offering beautiful views, creative culinary offerings and world class golf right on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River since 1957. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of meats, vegetables, and other items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces as needed.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the kitchen.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.40 per hour
