Homefire Grill is a part of Winfire Hospitality in conjunction with Wingate Inn Edmonton. Established in 2005 by the Alberta Indian Investment Corporation, this pioneering West Edmonton restaurant keeps to its Canadian roots, , using locally sourced meats such as bison and elk in many recipes. The energetic open-kitchen lets diners be a part of the artful cooking experience, as they watch the skilled techniques of the chefs; and the dramatic presentation to the table.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
  • Clean and maintain station in practising good safety and sanitation
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
