Homefire Grill is a part of Winfire Hospitality in conjunction with Wingate Inn Edmonton. Established in 2005 by the Alberta Indian Investment Corporation, this pioneering West Edmonton restaurant keeps to its Canadian roots,, using locally sourced meats such as bison and elk in many recipes. The energetic open-kitchen lets diners be a part of the artful cooking experience, as they watch the skilled techniques of the chefs; and the dramatic presentation to the table.

Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Clean and maintain station in practising good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
