**About Vianode**

Vianode is an advanced battery materials company providing sustainable anode graphite solutions for the battery and EV value chains in North America and Europe. Vianode’s breakthrough solution enables tailored high-performance synthetic anode graphite and holistic sustainability offering a 90% reduction in CO2 footprint. Vianode operates the world's most sustainable full-scale anode graphite plant for batteries at Herøya Norway.

The next step involves executing a multi-billion dollar phased investment program dedicated to establishing large-scale plants across North America and Europe.

Vianode’s long-term ambition is to supply advanced battery materials to 3 million EVs per year by 2030. Vianode is owned by the world-leading financial company Altor.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be part of the core corporate finance team in Vianode working on equity
- and debt-financing activities
- Prepare financial models, marketing materials, and ad-hoc analysis
- Draft and review presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including management and the Board of Directors
- Assist with preparing & managing due diligence processes, coordinating external advisors, and otherwise contribute as needed to facilitating other workstreams related to Vianode’s corporate finance activities

**Required Qualifications**
- Enrolled as a full-time student in a Business Administration program or similar at a recognized post-secondary institution
- Has a strong interest in corporate finance
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Has experience in advanced financial modeling from university and/or similar positions
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and spoken

**Location: Hybrid, South West Ontario**(specific location TBC)
- Hybrid work arrangement at the Southwestern part of Ontario and with occasional visits to the GTA for team meetings

**Duration**: June to August, full time work (start and end dates are flexible).

**Hourly salary**: TBC
