With the constantly growing demand for financial services for small businesses, we are expanding our team. As a Funding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting SMBs with their financial needs, facilitating the funding process, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

This position is ideal for business or commerce graduates and individuals with a competitive spirit and a drive for financial success. You'll have the opportunity to learn from the top 1% of salespeople on Wall Street while contributing to our mission of supporting small business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultation: Engage with business owners to understand their needs and provide expert advice on suitable funding solutions.
- Client Outreach: Actively reach out to prospective clients to introduce PMF's financial products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about PMF's products, terms, and rates to clients.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional funding.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire for financial success.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.

Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year
