**We are searching for a Lot Maintenance/Detail person to join our dynamic team at The Hitch House**

**Some Qualities we look for**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High level of energy, excellent work ethic, punctual and dependable
- Attention to detail
- Must have good general health and physical ability
- Detailers are required to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and must be able to lift at least 25 pounds frequently
- Bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, and pulling are required on a constant basis
- Must be able to maneuver in tight spaces, climb stairs and use hands for grasping and fine manipulation

**Duties & Job Details**
- Part of our lot maintenance crew (plowing snow, cutting grass, etc.)
- Merchandise lot (assist in the set up of motorhomes for sale on lot)
- Cleaning the exterior of units and compartments
- Cleaning all interior surfaces including carpets, windows, appliances etc.
- Buffing and waxing exterior of units
- Assist with set-up & tear-down of Dealership Events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
