Mississauga, Canada Greenhouse Full time

Greenhouse is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to work alongside our entire Supply Chain Team, primarily working with the procurement, planning & analytics and logistics functions. This is a full time role based in Mississauga with a rapidly growing early stage food & beverage company.

The Operations Team at Greenhouse is composed of R&D, Quality, Productions, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Logistics. The Supply Chain Analyst is a critical role that will help support all aspects of the operations team function especially the Logistics functions.

**Position Overview**:

- Support in calculating KPIs and developing systems and processes to measure them
- Update KPI’s on to ensure involved teams are seeing results on a daily basis.
- Proactively managing inventory in the warehouse, including performing inventory cycle counts and updating the system as needed.
- Communicating with all stakeholders to ensure finished inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the systems and flow of information is completed in a timely and efficient manner, allowing all aspects of the supply chain to be input into the system
- Perform analysis of a variety of data sets to measure performance, identify trends, and discover optimization opportunities.
- Assist in the logistics operations, including warehouse, picking and transportation functions as needed
- Assist in creation of operations SOPs, policies and procedures
- Implement and modify systems, processes, and optimization projects in accordance with organizational goals
- Various other tasks that may be required to support the operations functions including going on road to deliver a few orders if needed.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a STEM related field
- An eye for detail and can provide quick and strategic solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to manage difficult and complex challenges
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong Analytical Skills; comfortable building excel models
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact comfortably with a wide range of levels in organizations: from executives to support staff within and outside of the company
- Process improvement skills
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive on building process efficiencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership, providing recommendations, and eager to support the entire business.
