The Francophone Employment Navigator plays a critical role in supporting Francophone job seekers from minority communities in navigating the path to employment. - Plan, coordinate, and facilitate small to large-scale events, including workshops, networking sessions, and employer engagement activities.
- Align with provincial performance, quality, and accountability standards for employment services.
- Participate in and contribute to cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the provincial Francophone navigator network.
