**How you’ll contribute**

As one of our **Shipper & Receiver’s**, you’ll play a key role coordinating the movement of our Construction Equipment through:

- Fulfilling equipment work order shipments for Stephenson’s Rentals branches and clients with the use of mobile and RF scanning devices
- Palletizing and shrink-wrapping equipment orders, verifying product quantity and quality
- Receiving inbound shipments, inspecting for any damage to equipment/parts, and returning to appropriate facility location
- Ensuring accurate stock management and computer input for incoming and outgoing equipment/parts, ensuring accurate inventory records
- Ensuring documentation as is accurately completed and checked for all associated outbound and inbound shipments
- Safely loading and unloading all incoming and outbound shipments of equipment, parts, and accessories
- Safely handling and moving materials and equipment through the facility, using a pump truck and/or forklift where required
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE
- General housekeeping duties and facility maintenance, as required
- Completing other duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in shipping & receiving or material handling, with preference for experience in Construction/Heating equipment or similar background
- Valid external Counterbalance and/or Raymond Reach license strongly preferred
- Computer literacy with exceptional communication skills, able effectively able to deal with internal staff and clients
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable with repetitive reaching, lifting, bending, loading and unloading of equipment and parts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, at times up to 65 lbs.
- A G Driver’s license with a clean abstract is a bonus
