The company oversees 8 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton.
Reporting to the Senior Shopping Centre Manager, this position is a member of a portfolio team working collaboratively with other members responsible for marketing, administration, accounting, operations, maintenance, project management, development and leasing.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Participate in tenant relations, lease enforcement, lease compliance, leasing assistance, and ensuring tenants are aware of and understand their obligations under their lease;
- Engage with operations, maintenance, consulting, contracting, and project management activities throughout the portfolio;
- Assist with property administration, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting of the properties, to provide a complete overview of all activities related to the property;
**What you will bring to the job**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant commercial property management experience, ideally with a focus on retail assets;
- A strong understanding of financial statements and contract law;
- Demonstrated management and problem-solving skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships;
- Command of the English language with superior written and oral communication, and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365;
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Strong organization and efficiency skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Effective handling of multiple priorities, recognizing and addressing important and time-sensitive tasks and matters.
