**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Business Development Manager supports the Ownership by being responsible for driving the growth of business, both through agent production and company profitability, as well as supporting the Managing Broker in general operations.

Your customer is our agents. We are looking for someone to help our agents (all independant contractors) grow their own business, and help cultivate an inclusive and engaging culture.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**AGENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES**
- Recruiting new and experienced agents to grow the sales force. This includes marketing initiatives, interviewing etc.
- Implementing a compelling onboarding experience
- Training and coaching agents to increase production
- Assist agents with business planning, goal setting and awards achievements through regular meetings and follow ups
- Host & promote engaging monthly sales meetings

**COMPANY SUPPORT SERVICES**
- Managing & promoting social media accounts
- Establishing and monitoring sales goals and profitability budgets
- Training and development Agent Support staff members
- Work with Managing Broker to ensure all marketing is compliant with regulatory requirements
- Encourage agent participation in C21 systems and programs, and ensure agents are trained on such

**EXPECTATIONS OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**
- Office space for meeting with agents is available at both Henderson and Kingsbury locations
- All marketing pieces are to be compliant with MSC and brand standards
- BDM is to keep current with all C21 Concierge training updates
- BDM is encouraged to participate in educational opportunities & be up to date with industry advancements
- BDM to provide consistent update reports to shareholders
- Assist with creating annual marketing department budget for the company
- Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for creating and accomplishing new marketing and training initiatives; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER EMPLOYMENT CONSIDERATIONS**
- The BDM is a salary paid position, plus quarterly bonus on profitablity
- Vacation pay is either paid out bi-weekly in addition to the hourly rate, or accrued to be paid out at vacation time.
- Vacation days are to be pre-arranged through the Shareholders
- Benefit package is also offered with this position
- Performance evaluation will be done annually with salary review

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Extended health care

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
