**About the Opportunity**

**Baptist Housing is looking for a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver serving our Residents at Shannon Oaks.**

The Resident Services Coordinator provides administrative support to our Shannon Oaks Campus and concierge service to our Residents and public in a hospitality setting. The Coordinator supervises, manages, coaches and supports a dedicated team of Resident Services Assistants and coordinates workload to ensure the timely delivery of services.

The Resident Services Coordinator requires some basic accounting experience or education. You also should have experience providing administrative support as well supervisory and leadership experience.

As an ambassador for Baptist Housing, the Resident Services Coordinator helps ensure all Baptist Housing activities promote, enhance, and protect our brand, boosting our reputation with relevant constituents, as well as driving broader awareness. You should be passionate about serving our amazing Residents.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in Vancouver. Total compensation includes competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, four weeks’ vacation, RRSP matching, and support for professional development.

You would consent to a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults and proof of COVID-19 vaccination is also a condition of employment.
