**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for hotel construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all construction work adheres to local building codes and industry standards.
Monitor and manage project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to ensure on-time completion.

Budget Management:Create and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality materials.
Implement cost-saving measures to optimize project profitability.

Quality Assurance:Oversee the quality of construction work to ensure it aligns with design specifications and brand standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any deficiencies in construction.

Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among project stakeholders.

Team Management:Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including construction supervisors, project coordinators, and hotel staff.
Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.

Hotel Operations:Transition from construction to hotel operation seamlessly, ensuring all operational aspects are ready for guests.
Oversee hotel staff hiring and training, setting operational policies and procedures, and monitoring guest satisfaction.

Stakeholder Communication:Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, including owners, investors, and senior management.
Provide regular reports and updates on project status and operational performance.

Regulatory Compliance:Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as permits, licenses, and zoning regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Hospitality Management).
- Proven experience in managing hotel construction projects, from concept to completion.
- Previous experience in hotel operations and management is essential.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and best practices in the hotel industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools, such as project management software and hotel management systems.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
