Compensation range: $45,000.00 to $48,000.00

Role will be performed on-site.

As an Associate Specialist, Customer Service at RXO, you’ll ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

**What you’ll need to excel**:
At a minimum, you’ll need:

- High school diploma or equivalent

It’d be great if you also have:

- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills, including satisfactory resolution of issues
- The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
