Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth. **Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
**Skills**:To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Ability to effectively market products/services and generate leads
- Excellent telemarketing skills, including cold calling and lead qualification
- Technical sales knowledge to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
