**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including face to face, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or outside sales roles is preferred.
- Strong background in business development, account management, or related fields.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $3,200.00-$4,800.00 per month
