**Associate Brand Manager - Bai Antioxidant Infusion® & Snapple**

**What you will do**:
- Support & collaborate to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the Bai Antioxidant Infusion® & Snapple brands by conducting in-depth analyses of the category, competitors and consumers. Leverage insights to feed into the go-to-market plans.
- Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns & brand projects including, but not limited to, advertising (digital & social creative and media planning), promotions, PR, e-commerce and packaging to support innovation, build brand equity and drive awareness. Analyze business results and brand health metrics to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized.
- Build strong relationships and develop clear communication internally with the cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Insights, Leadership, etc.) and with all external partners including agencies (Media, Creative, Shopper, Packaging, Experiential, sponsorships, promotional partners etc.) to drive program development that delivers results.
- Work cross functionally to support end-to-end product launches and bring the innovation to life through integrated launch strategies, packaging, execution and post launch tracking and analysis. Work collaboratively with the Brand Manager, Insights and Innovation team to understand Canadian market trends that uncover white space opportunities and support portfolio growth.
- Leverage and analyze data (AC Nielsen, Consumer Research, Insights, Financials, Customer POS etc.) to provide comprehensive and fact-based recommendations that support key portfolio growth strategies and profitability initiatives.
- Actively co-manage the brand marketing budget including planning, reconciliation and reporting.
**Requirements**:
**Education & experience**
- University Degree in Business and/or Marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in product and/or brand management; CPG experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with product and packaging development.
- Experience with project management and coordination within a company.
- Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team.
**Skills & capabilities**
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Canadian CPG/FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Nielsen and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Self-motivated and results focused with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Passion to build brands and a drive to challenge the status-quo.
- Independent and dynamic, enjoys and does well working in a team.
- Goal and results oriented.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment.
