**Purpose**

NLS is seeking to hire a leader who will be responsible for executing the Data, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence strategy for the organization. A key priority for NLS is to generate customer insights from the vast amount of data that NLS holds. This role will be a senior individual in a team of 4, tasked with creating and executing the steps to achieve business intelligence goals for the organization. Leveraging these capabilities will enable the data to work for us, generating maximum value.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with senior (Director, VP) business and technology stakeholders in pursuit of business intelligence goals
- Provide technology leadership on best practices in Matillion ETL, Snowflake and PowerBI
- Develop and manage workplans to deliver technology solutions
- Track and communicate status on initiatives
- Organize and drive initiative stakeholder meetings
- Motivate team members to meet business intelligence goals
- Solve challenging technical problems
- Evaluate the progress of an initiative to detect limitations or faults to seek solutions to a more efficient process.

**Required Qualifications**
- 7+ years experience in this technology space
- College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities on a broad project portfolio of small and medium projects.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Experience in the logistics industry would be an asset.
