**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build positive relationships with young people, fostering trust and openness.
- Provide support and guidance to youth in areas such as education, life skills, and personal development.
- Implement and facilitate programs, activities, and workshops that promote personal growth and social engagement.
- Advocate for youth needs and connect them with appropriate resources and services.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community organizations to foster a supportive network for young people.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, providing feedback to improve services and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of youth interactions and program activities.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience working with youth, preferably in a community or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse youth populations.
- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- G class Driver’s License
- Background check may be required.

Pay: $19.96-$29.53 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
