We are looking for a motivated, responsible person to join our management team for our retail operations at 1625 Bank Street. The successful applicant will work with the other managers and be responsible for the following duties.
- **DUTIES**_
- making sure all customers are served and taken care of
- making sure the store is being stocked and cleaned
- making sure staff have tasks and work to do during their scheduled shifts
- be involved in hiring, and training store staff
- overseeing the daily operations of the retail store
- assisting the general manager with their daily duties/tasks
- **COMPANY EXPECTATIONS**_
- will be required to reflect a positive attitude and good customer service skills
- Will be expected to take initiative and create daily plans and expectations for the staff
- will be required to remain professional when dealing with staff issues and complications
- will be expected to be comfortable dealing with card and cash transactions
- will be required to have a basic knowledge about soccer equipment
- 1-2 years of previous retail supervisor/manager experience preferred

**Experience**:
