Store Supervisor

Ottawa, Canada Disalvo Sports Full time

We are looking for a motivated, responsible person to join the supervisory team for our retail operations 1625 Bank Street. The successful applicant will report to General Manager and be responsible for the following duties.

**_DUTIES_**
- opening and closing the store
- making sure all customers are served and taken care of
- stocking the store and keeping the store organized so that it is easy to navigate for customers
- making sure staff have tasks and work to do during their scheduled shifts
- be involved in hiring, training and scheduling store staff

**_COMPANY EXPECTATIONS_**
- will be required to reflect a positive attitude and great customer service skills
- will be required to remain professional when dealing with staff issues and complications
- will be expected to be comfortable dealing with card and cash transactions
- will be required to have a basic knowledge about soccer equipment/gear
- 1 year of previous retail supervisor experience preferred
- Secondary School diploma preferred

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
