**Job Summary**

**Accountabilities**
- Represent and articulate the mission, vision, and values of VAB to prospective students, families, and agents.
- Manage inquiries and communications for the Vocational and International Open Divisions.
- Liaise with the Admissions Manager on tracking, maintenance and reporting of all student records to support compliance with governing bodies including the Private Training Institutions Branch standards and Education Quality Assurance.
- Assist the Admissions Manager to build and maintain relationships with international agents and partners, particularly in Japan and Mexico.
- Assist international students and families with study permits, custodianship documentation, academic program selection, homestay arrangements, and medical insurance, including receiving and reviewing student documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide Open Division (domestic) admissions support during peak operational times.
- Support the CFO with regular billing, invoicing, filing, payment tracking, and financial record keeping
- Ensure timely processing and filing of student documentation with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support for merchandise ordering and inventory management.
- Assist with student emergency documentation, orientation activities, and customer service interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, student services, and finance teams to streamline enrollment and administrative processes.
- Stay current with immigration and education policy updates relevant to international student admissions.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the Academy’s smooth operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Certificate or diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting.
- Experience working with international students in an educational setting is an asset.
- Experience in legal or medical administration is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge or experience in dance or performing arts is an asset.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check.
- Standard First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.

**Working Conditions**

VAB is a bright and welcoming environment that is home to many dancers coming and going throughout the day. Our custom-built offices support collaboration and teamwork through shared workspace and an open lounge. Our facility is fully accessible and close to many amenities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
