**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the dry cleaning plant, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output
- Manage and train a team of employees, fostering a positive, productive work environment

- Monitor and maintain equipment, scheduling repairs and routine maintenance as needed
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and materials
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders

- Grow the business over the next few years

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in dry cleaning or laundry plant management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of plant operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage a team, set goals, and provide feedback and training
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning methods and technologies is a plus
