Inside Sales/customer Service

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Customer service - answering customer inquiries/sales orders
- Working with and assisting various departments on a daily basis
- Tracking sales orders and availability of product
- Work with Dealers and Territory Managers on order quotes
- Working with warehouses and setup yards on open orders
- Generate all orders, regular booking orders and warehouse transfers
- Work with production personnel on product schedules
- Tracking booking orders
- Tracking programs and success rates
- Problem solving
- Provide backup for invoicing and other inside sales desks
- Knowledge of term codes, policies and programs
- Respond to website inquiries, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma
- Computer experience, AS400/Mapics considered an asset
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with advanced use of Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication and people skills
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment and able to meet daily deadlines
- Experience in Customer Service
- Able to multi-task on a daily basis, attentive to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of farm equipment/company products is a definite asset
