1. Conduct thorough consultations with commercial clients to understand their energy needs, sustainability goals, and interest in solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions.

2. Assess and analyze current energy consumption and propose comprehensive energy solutions.

3. Collaborate with internal team to engineer solar, battery storage, and EV charging systems based on client needs, generating detailed proposals with cost estimates and expected ROI.

4. Stay current with local and national regulations related to solar, battery storage, and EV charging projects, ensuring strict adherence to relevant codes and standards.

5. Serve as a technical authority on solar technologies, battery storage systems, and EV charging infrastructure, offering guidance on emerging technologies for optimal system performance.

6. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support. Identify opportunities for additional services or expanding existing energy solutions.

7. Collaborate closely with the sales team during the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project management. Provide technical support to the project management team as required.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in commercial energy project management and system design, encompassing solar, battery storage, and EV charging.

3. Familiarity with local and national regulations governing energy installations.

4. Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficient in using Excel, including the ability to create dynamic proposals using formulas or macros.

7. Strong skills in creating and delivering proposals through PowerPoint presentations.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
