Orleans, Canada Dore Property Management Full time

DORE Property Management (DPM) is looking to add a two Property Management Service Co-ordinators to our existing, and now expanding, Service Team. DPM manages single unit and multi-residential properties across the Ottawa area and requires two additional Service Co-Ordinators to serve as front-line interface between owners/tenants with property or maintenance related issues, and the companies General Contractors and specialist vendors.

The role focuses on assessing/prioritizing requests for service, dispatching and tracking maintenance requests to a team of professional internal and external general contractors and suppliers. Exceptional written skills, multi-tasking ability, problem solving and clear spoken communications are a must in order to succeed in this role.

Bilingualism is an asset but not required. Previous experience in property management, real estate or general contracting administration is mandatory for consideration for this role.

**Key Competencies**:

- act as the initial point of contact between tenants/property owners and the service team.
- initiate and dispatch service requests to contractors, update owners and tenants.
- conduct regular maintenance request follow ups with all stakeholders and finalize completed maintenance requests.
- ‎help with coordinating monthly smoke alarm inspection scheduling and tenant move and move out processes.
- possess a basic understanding of home maintenance and renovation work.
- ability to project manage appliance purchase requests, and some basic invoicing.
- familiarity with automated property management tools is a major asset. Must be conversant with MS 365, Google Drive etc.
- remote working every fourth weekend to support off-work week tenant emergencies, with full compensatory time off.

Note this is a full-time, on-site professional services role located in Ottawa's east end. We offer on-site parking, individual offices and are close to main bus routes and amenities.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
