*Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements to various destinations.
- Provide leisure / corporate travel sales by building a loyal clientele
- Plan / suggest itineraries, book air, hotel, car rentals and all-inclusive packages
- Provide detailed customer service before, during, and post travel
- Attend to schedule change/s
- Experience in international ticketing with both Published and Consolidator Net fare ticketing. Must be an expert in fare construction rules and regulations
- Plan, book and issue air tickets - both web-based and GDS ticketing
- Minimum 2 years of ticketing / reissue of tickets experience
- Experience in Travel Port GDS (Apollo / Galileo) (this is a mandatory requirement)
- Effective oral and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
