While our core service is premium floor refinishing, we’re actively looking for top performers from flooring other home improvement niches who can quickly adapt and thrive in the refinishing industry. This is a unique opportunity to earn strong commissions from pre-qualified leads — with the potential to grow into a **Territory Manager**and unlock long-term profit-share earnings. **How It Works (Earnings & Flow Example)**: You’ll receive around **60 pre-qualified job requests per month**. You contact the leads, and typically **book 50%** of them for **on-site estimates and presentations**. At the visit, you Perform basic measurements > Run pricing using our calculation system > Present the quote and close the deal on the spot You should be closing **50-60%** of your visits into sold jobs. Average commission per project is $500-$700. Based on typical results, sales reps can earn $7,500-$11,000/month. Top performers may earn more.
